Continuous stress can result in high levels of sick leave, staff turnover, withdrawal, presenteeism and errors. This tool assesses the mental risk associated with roles. It considers the general role and identifies people, environment and system factors to ensure a mentally healthy workplace.

Life is 10% what happens to us and 90% how we react to it (Charles Swindoll). We all experience moments when our emotions control our actions. When this happens, we often regret words we say or the actions we take and wish we had kept our emotions in check. Emotional regulation is the conscious or non-conscious control of emotion, mood, and behaviours. This program is designed to develop people to more effectively self-regulate their emotional wellbeing as they deal with life and work challenges.
This ground-breaking program moves beyond what you do in this hectic world and brings a level of presence and focus to who you are. The ‘doing’ can be interrupted by who we are ‘being’ and who we aspire to be. As a result, you will become more conscious and mindful and, ultimately, influence your actions and those of others you spend your time with both inside and outside of work.
